Black
Stone subdivision has been created with a casual coastal atmosphere
in mind. There is an ocean view from every Black Stone lot, and
it’s a short walk to downtown Yachats, as well as several
beaches. Black Stone has been designed to blend as harmoniously
as possible with its natural surroundings, and great care has
been taken to protect as much of the inherent beauty of the site
as possible. The subdivision incorporates a large amount of undeveloped
park space, which has been left as close as possible to its natural
state. A hiking trail meanders through the park area which is
freqented by bald eagles, elk and many other native species. The
Black Stone design guidelines and CC&R’s have been developed
to insure that homes and landscapes will complement the native
landscaping already incorporated into the subdivision.
